Creating ChaBil
Hello! I am thrilled to introduce myself as the founder and owner of ChaBil. From my earliest days, creativity and curiosity have been the driving forces behind everything I do.
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Copenhagen, Denmark, I embarked on a remarkable journey that led me to the Fashion & Design School in beautiful, Christchurch, New Zealand.
For nine incredible years, New Zealand became my home, igniting my passion for design and nurturing my creative spirit.
Seeking new inspirations, I then embarked on an exciting chapter in the bustling city of New York, where I immersed myself in its vibrant energy for an additional two years.
Where dreams come to life
Now, I am back in New Zealand, accompanied by my loving husband and our two wonderful children. As a mother, I understand the deep responsibility we have to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our precious little ones.
Beyond my dedication to creating beautiful things, I am driven by a strong passion for the environment and sustainability. At ChaBil, we prioritise the use of eco-friendly materials and sustainable practices to ensure that our clothing designs and toys not only bring joy and safety to children, but also contribute to the well-being of our planet.
